Your responsibilities

  • Lead industrial projects for automotive applications within international organization;

  • Manage process/tooling/machines/assembly lines definition and process automation projects, create concepts and technical specifications, confirm feasibility, manage RFQ process with local and foreign machinery suppliers;

  • Follow projects realization according internal procedures and standards, with relevant milestones according defined schedule;

  • Ensure conformity to EU directives, particularly Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and harmonized standards applicable, as well as conformity to health, safety and environmental requirements;

  • Manage good cooperation with suppliers and machines development from design stage through validation, and till start of production;

  • Ensure validation according to internal procedures, achievement of KPIs and conformance with specifications and project assumptions;

  • Continuous improvement of existing or new machines and processes throughout implementation of process rules, standardization and improvement ideas. Support for analysis of process and quality problems;

  • Define and manage P-FMEA, FC and manufacturing documentation;

  • Participate in new products development, from feasibility study till start of production;

  • Cooperate with relevant departments, external process networks and foreign Valeo sites.

Our requirements

  • Engineering degree in robotics, automation, mechanical engineering or similar areas;

  • At least 3 years experience on similar position, manufacturing industry or machinery build industry;

  • Technical knowledge of automated assembly lines & machines, industrial equipment and automation solutions;

  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to machinery, Machinery Directive, harmonized standards, risk analysis, safety of control systems;

  • Ability to perform autonomously a multi-aspect projects management;

  • Result oriented, multi tasking, autonomy, problem solving, creative, innovative, team player;

  • Fluent English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Driving license cat.B and business trips readiness;

  • Knowledge of standards and requirements in automotive industry will be an asset;

  • Knowledge of CAD systems, PLC programming, vision systems and robots programming will be an asset;

  • Experience in projects management and new products implementation will be an asset.
