Your responsibilities
- Utilizes forecasting techniques (i.e., statistical modeling) to produce logical and appropriate forecasts.
- Builds and maintains forecasting models and analysis for individual skills to estimate the volume and service impacts given certain variables.
- Updates the forecasting model to reflect new initiatives, trends, or changes in the environment.
- Interacts with cross-functional teams to model current operations processes and evaluate potential solutions
- Collaborate with operations leadership to define forecasting expansion plans
- Participates in cross functional working sessions as subject matter expert to assist in developing business requirements for operational changes
- Partner with internal customers like the operations teams to scope emerging business needs and define roadmaps to achieve those identified opportunities
Our requirements
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences, and communicative effectively across business units and to different levels of management
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Access, Excel, business intelligence, and/or basic knowledge of statistical analysis - Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or related field - Preferred
- 1-3 years' work experience or equivalent research assistantship – Preferred

The Forecasting & Operational Planning team is a collection of problem solvers and innovators that create global volume forecast for over 35+ back-office processes and looking to expand. This team is positioned to drive operational efficiencies and help improve the customer experience of our internal and external customers using advance forecasting techniques to help drive operational efficiencies. They will collaborate with multiple groups on opportunities to expand the team’s scope of work, along with building, testing, and reporting performance of forecasting models.
