Your responsibilities
- Overhead and investment control;
- Internal Control leader for Fixed assets cycle - ensuring respect of procedures, testing and assessment activity, action plan implementation;
- Monthly overhead budget management for departments in SAP;
- Purchase requests validation in E-proc;
- Cooperation with other departments in terms of validation of IARs, saving actions identification and validation;
- Follow up of and helping departments in solving debit notes issued by customers;
- Non-cash overdue follow up.
- Perform closing, forecasts, best estimates for overheads, Factory depreciation and capex (provisions calculations, closing analysis, reporting);
- Budget and MTP business plan preparation for overheads and factory depreciation and capex;
- Provide necessary reports to Share Service Center;
- In charge of data preparation for financial audits;
- GPS reporting during closing;
- Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needs.
Our requirements
- Min 3 years of exeperience in Controlling;
- Higher education;
- SAP CO/FI experience;
- Excel proficiency;
- Fluency in English;
- Motivation;
- Attention to details;
- Analytical skills.
