Your responsibilities
Coordinate interfaces between the program teams (process, equipment, factory) to identify and schedule the exchange of information critical to the timely delivery of the production lines.
Manage the external suppliers involved in the production line and synchronize their activities with the factory in Poland (business trips needed, variable frequency for each project phase)
In cooperation with the PMO team, define and execute acceleration plans when needed to meet the timeline of the production line installation and commissioning.
Maintain an updated register of risks and opportunities for the production line development, and actively manage the associated action plan (esp. risk mitigation actions).
Our requirements
A university degree, preferably in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience post graduate
Working experience either in Project Management, Production lines commissioning and installation, Procurement, Engineering or Operations
Capable of planning and coordinating activities, getting things done and exceeding the customer expectations
Budget and resource planning skills

Experience from a multi-cultural environment
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry

NORTHVOLT was founded in Sweden in 2016 with the mission of building the greenest lithium-ion batteries in the world, with the lowest carbon footprint and the highest recyclability, to ensure the European transition to renewable energy. The NORTHVOLT team of experts is currently building a new generation lithium-ion cell factory in northern Sweden, focusing on process innovation, scale and vertical integration of processes. When completed, it will be the largest battery cell factory in Europe with an annual production capacity of 40 GWh.
