    Infrastructure Senior Manager
    Location: Warszawa


    • Manage DBA team of 35-40 DBA consultants during EMEA Business hours
    • DBA Management single point of contact/Escalation for all Business Critical Production/COB issues during the EMEA regional business hours
    • Notifies CTI Senior Management & keep them updated on all ongoing Business Critical issues during the regional shift
    • Work closely with the Clients/Business, Incident Management team & peer Infrastructure teams to ensure progress & resolution during Business Critical incidents.
    • Ensure standard monitoring, maintenance & compliance tools are implemented and functioning without issues for the regional Production environments.
    • Ensure Change Review and Approval for Production changes for their region on a weekly basis.
    • Provide daily status on the incidents/issues to Senior DBA Management team at close of business day.
    • Ensure any business critical handover activity is coordinated with peer regional support managers.
    • Periodically review Repetitive trends & Capacity issues for regional Production environment.


    • The candidate should have good working  knowledge of Oracle, Sybase and MSSQL Databases
    • Around 10 years managing Production Support activities related to Databases.
    • Around 5 years in a Lead position to handle Business Impacting Incidents, communicate effectively with the Clients as an asset
    • Familiar with Service Now specifically with Incident, Change and Request Management
    • Drive Business Impacting Incidents to Closure
    • Perform Root Cause analysis and impact analysis on DB estate
    • Conduct Client Meeting to review and proactively improve stability of Database environment
    • Manage Vendor resources and ensure measurement of KPIs and SLAs
    • Work with regional DBA Managers to ensure proactive Capacity and Performance management of DB estate
