your tasks

• identify the sources of accident risk and environmental non-compliance
• suggest and help to implement improvements to remove them
• write the specifications for consultation and production of new molds and renovation operations
• responds to requests for internal estimates concerning molds, in the case of costings, developments and modifications
• consult the referenced suppliers using the purchasing department tools and align with the proposals of each supplier
• organize and prepare the supplier selection meeting
• validate the studies / designs of new molds in collaboration with the line manager, the mold projects and maintenance teams, taking into account quality, safety and environment criteria
• ensure the follow-up of the realization of the new molds at the suppliers
• ensure acceptance at the mold supplier with the support of the test coordinator
• ensure the coordination of validation and debugging tests
• involve in the management and development of the company's "mold standard"
• manage the plans of new molds in development and prepare the files before transfering the molds into production
• transfer the mold files to the team responsible for maintenance, participates in the preparation of maintenance plans and the constitution of spare parts stocks
• participate in project meetings that concern you
• keep abreast of developments in the field of activity and ensure a technological watch
• participate in the development and implementation of the department's progress plan
• the position involves professional travel up to 20%
