Your responsibilities
Providing general sales support to the channel Team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; by answering questions, and resolving problems,
Work with incoming requests from non-managed partners (calls, emails),
Maintain and update partner database (reactivation of inactive partners),
Processing of applications, checking for errors and duplicate requests,
Providing necessary information to new partners to support a successful start of Client sales.
Our requirements
Very good command of German and English,
Proficiency in MS Office,
Innovative thinking and problem-solving,
Understand clients’ needs and to self-improve,
Good communication skills,
Multitasking.
Optional
Self-education on sales and technical related matters,
Negotiation skills,
