Your responsibilities

  • Providing general sales support to the channel Team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; by answering questions, and resolving problems,

  • Work with incoming requests from non-managed partners (calls, emails),

  • Maintain and update partner database (reactivation of inactive partners),

  • Processing of applications, checking for errors and duplicate requests,

  • Providing necessary information to new partners to support a successful start of Client sales.

Our requirements

  • Very good command of German and English,

  • Proficiency in MS Office,

  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving,

  • Understand clients’ needs and to self-improve,

  • Good communication skills,

  • Multitasking.


  • Self-education on sales and technical related matters,

  • Negotiation skills,
