    Role overview

    The role will involve the management of our existing customer base. The focus will be on:

    • Upselling of existing products and cross selling into additional products
    • Ensuring that the existing Accounts renew their contracts in a timely fashion
    • Acting as a Customer Success Manager to the Customer base to ensure that the Customers derive maximum value from the solutions they have acquired


    As Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for management of our existing customer base with focus on:

    • Expanding the existing customer base through upselling of existing products and cross selling into additional products
    • Ensuring that the existing customer base renew their contracts in a timely fashion
    • Acting as a support for the Partners base to ensure that they derive maximum value from the solutions they have acquired
    • Building a customer centric culture by building effective relationships with the customers, being perceptive about their needs and resolving any issues with a positive outcome

    Requirements and the individual

    Desired Professional Skills and Experience

    • Fluent English + Fluent German language is a must
    • Inside Sales experience and experience in phone sales
    • Continuous, demonstrable sales success in management and development of a customer base
    • High sales orientation. Goal and Results oriented approach
    • Strong decision making with the Customer in mind
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Organizational skills, initiative and perseverance
    • Good MS Office skills and a familiarity with Outlook and the Internet
    • Ideally experience of salesforce.com (not essential)
    • Experience of managing inside sales processes in the HR software market will be an advantage
