Your tasks in this position are:
- Initiate telephone and email contact with potential customers to actively sell the product,
- Maximizing coverage within the defined region and penetrating organizations by providing support to customers,
- Keeping track of new product releases and marketing updates,
- Proactive, ongoing efforts to meet KPIs and earn bonuses.
Our requirements
Fluent command of English and German- must have,
Sales experience in the area of customer service,
Innovative thinking and problem-solving,
Negotiation skills,
Good communication skills- customer focus,
Orientation in the IT industry or technology news: can be supported by experience, passion, or hobby.
What we offer
The salary consists of a base PLN 9,500 and the bonus you earn by meeting your sales targets. The amount of the bonus can reach up to PLN 3,800 gross if you meet your goal 100%. If you sell more- the bonus will be higher,
Hybrid work (1 week in Kraków, regularly once a month) - we provide all of the equipment to work from home,
For the first 3 months of work, you'll receive a guaranteed bonus so that you’ll already receive a bonus during your induction period,
Refer a Friend program- to earn bonuses up to 2000 PLN,
