tasks:

  • leading and developing the Internal Sales Team.
  • managing daily internal sales operation providing the highest possible service level to the customers.setting office sales and customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development;
  • setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
  • balancing workload within the team, including vacation and back-up planning.
  • supporting the team with knowledge, decision making and priority setting.
  • facilitating relevant communication flow toward the team.
  • monitoring and running reports making sure tasks are fulfilled on a daily basis.
  • coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff;
  • coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
  • reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions;
  • recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports;

expectations:

  • 2-3 years of experience from managing sales teams
  • senior experience in Inside Sales responsibilities
  • experience in leading/ coaching/motivating/developing teams
  • experience in technical sector will be an advantage
  • english mandatory both verbal and written.any other language would be an advantage
  • high level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
