Your responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be a part of team in Ukraine and responsible for two main functions, they are Salesforce system co-owner and Inside Sales.
Salesforce system co-owner function includes:
Keeping Product Catalog up to date
Testing new Salesforce developments
Transferring bugs and potential improvements to the Salesforce development teams
Training global team members on the usage of Salesforce
Inside Sales function includes:
Quotation generation
Customer follow-up
Order processing
Our requirements
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Working proficiency in Ukrainian and English is a must
Interested in how Salesforce works, experience in using Salesforce is a plus
Eager to learn
Customer oriented
Ability to work in an organized, punctual way and have high attention to detail, be precise
Act in a flexible matter, prioritizing work depending on the business' needs
Enthusiastic, dedicated and driven by collaborating with colleagues and customers
