Your responsibilities

  • As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be a part of team in Ukraine and responsible for two main functions, they are Salesforce system co-owner and Inside Sales.

  • Salesforce system co-owner function includes:

  • Keeping Product Catalog up to date

  • Testing new Salesforce developments

  • Transferring bugs and potential improvements to the Salesforce development teams

  • Training global team members on the usage of Salesforce

  • Inside Sales function includes:

  • Quotation generation

  • Customer follow-up

  • Order processing

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Working proficiency in Ukrainian and English is a must

  • Interested in how Salesforce works, experience in using Salesforce is a plus

  • Eager to learn

  • Customer oriented

  • Ability to work in an organized, punctual way and have high attention to detail, be precise

  • Act in a flexible matter, prioritizing work depending on the business' needs

Currently, we are involved in a major strategic transformational project for our IT ecosystem. For this long-term project, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will work closely with Salesforce system.
