Manage and build relationships with existing customers
Support field sales account managers/ sales coordinators by providing quotes and pricing and by responding to sales inquiries
Make the first contact with customers so they are qualified and send to the appropriate owner
Generate new business opportunities in your assigned region
Schedule appointments and other activities as requested by the Sales Representatives
Be aware of all sales-related activities in our customer contact database; schedule follow-up activities as needed
Update and manage the pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of following languages: German, French or Italian
Demonstrated success in a similar sales support position, e.g., outside sales, inside sales, telesales, or sales administration
Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
Ability to work on your own to close deal values up to 25k euros over the phone
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience working with reporting, spreadsheets, and office tools
Experience in recommending solutions to meet customer needs – preferably in B2B. Strong customer focus
Experience with Microsoft Office and strong orientation to problem solving and analysis
Strong Teamwork and collaboration skills – working with internal and cross functional team to gather information
