Your responsibilities

  • Taking care and managing new and existing customers, focusing on customer satisfaction

  • Daily cooperation with customers via email and phone

  • Bookings and maintenance customers’ orders

  • Expediting parts in cooperation with purchasing and product team

  • Active communication with Field Sales Engineer team

  • Advanced daily reporting

  • Customer master data management

  • Working with customers’ purchasing platforms

  • Working with our automation solutions like EDI

  • Prospecting

Our requirements

  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

  • Great ability to work independently and proactively with Outside and Inside Sales team members

  • Good Communication skills

  • Fluent English

  • Additional languages like Czech or Slovakian would be an asset

  • Sales and/or customer service experience

  • Business education
