Inside Sales Representative

Your responsibilities

  • Process inbound services requests within the set SLA;

  • Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales;

  • Perform effective online Commercial Offer presentation to potential customers;

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quotas as assigned;

  • Route complex mid-, high-value qualified opportunities to the appropriate territory BD managers for further development and closure;

  • Record opportunities, contacts in the CRM system;

  • Coordinate internal marketing campaign design, estimation preparation, legal process within agreed SLAs, and simplified flow;

  • Produce weekly ISR performance reports.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales in game dev or IT Outsource companies;

  • Being active and result-oriented;

  • Experience with CRM systems;

  • Strong listening and presentation skills;

  • An ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

  • An ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;

  • Advanced level of English.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to supplement the Business Development team to process transaction requests for the services of Room 8 Group.
