Your responsibilities
Communicating with customers mainly via phone and e-mail
Represent the company with a professional, customer-focused manner
Turning warm leads into sales by effectively communicating the product features and benefits
Responding to questions and overcoming objections
Developing new leads
Creating and maintaining customer database
Understanding customer needs
Ensuring a positive customer experience
Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system
Our requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Telesales/ Telemarketing/ Lead Generation preferable in IT industry
Fluent command of English (fluency in German, Spanish, French is a plus).
Excellent English communication skills - especially listening skills – able to engage in a conversation about the client’s business and how technology trends could impact that.
Strong sales and calling skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in working with enterprise customers in the industry of: banking, insurance, telco, manufacturing, retail, utilities, government.
Successful tracked record – happy customers behind
Ability to work with sales target and make results in predictable and structured way
Knowledge and experience in IT sector would be a plus
Openness to work in a hybrid model( mix of in-office and remote work)
