Your responsibilities
Contacting assigned leads and customers via email, social media and phone to arrange consultations and meetings.
Reviewing and strategizing how to manage the assigned leads.
Supporting marketing activities by outreach call and e-mails.
Answering incoming calls, replying to emails from potential customers.
Being a first point of contact for leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Collecting and updating call information.
Cold calling - making multiple outbound calls to potential customers.
Cooperating with marketing and sales departments on a daily basis.
Our requirements
Previous B2B outreach experience - preferably outbound.
Experienced in developing relationships with customers via phone and email.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A target-focused, results-driven approach to work.
Fluent English (at least C1).
Optional
Skilled at online research.
Knowledge of Hubspot, Aircall.
Other foreign languages.
