Your responsibilities

The mission of the Inside Sales is to is to further deliver profitable growth for our successful business in Poland by sourcing new sales projects through inbound and outbound leads and assisting potential customers with the relevant support needed, with the aim to convert them into sales projects through value creation and delivering great customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source new sales projects through inbound & outbound leads. Qualify the leads, assist them with the relevant support and engage with the decision marker, with the aim to convert them into sales projects.

• Route qualified hot leads to the appropriate Field Sales for further development and closure.

• Take direct responsibility for projects (generated by marketing or sales) below a certain threshold, or, from a specific target group and manage them directly. Partner with the network of distributors & installers to successfully close these projects. Perform regular follow up meetings to evaluate the progress & actively communicate with them throughout the process.

• Manage his/her own project pipeline. Have an in-depth understating of the sales methodology and value proposition of our brand, provide direct support to the relevant stakeholders, or connect them with the technical department.

• Closely collaborate with Field Sales to drive each other’s success and boost sales performance.

• Document, track and monitor all leads, corresponding projects, and activities in CRM tool. Responsible for the data quality.

• Maintain and expand our database of prospects. Identify, analyze, and qualify market information and together with the Marketer or Field Sales team, implement suitable actions to acquire and win new projects.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in architectural events.

• Keep abreast of construction industry (building regulations, industry guidance documents, trends), local market overviews and competition.

• Perform other non-permanent direct manager tasks.

Our requirements

  • Proven Inside Sales experience.

  • Results oriented attitude, targeting the right profiles and activities to get the desired outcome, encouraging a data driven and an organized approach for more effective results. Be ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day. Strong listening skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to connect and inspire different stakeholders with relevant content and storytelling skills.

  • Customer focused mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence, allowing to easily connect with stakeholders and understand their needs and preferences.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a productive way. Have a disciplined way of working and can adopt a very structured business model.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must have patience, tenacity to nurture and follow up leads through the specification process through to the completed project.

  • Team player with value provider attitude, acting as a trusted advisor for our stakeholders and collaborating with them towards a value-added solution, based on their needs. Ability to network and build relationship with a network of partners.

  • Networking and relationship building skills, supported by a healthy mix of telephone, in person and digital networking approach.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English in addition to local language.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical orientation, or equivalent knowledge and skills based on professional experience.

  • Experience: Min. 1 years of experience in similar job, preferable in a leading company in the construction and/or architectural world, focused on value creation. Experience with SalesForce is an asset.

  • Clearly understands the role of inside sales in delivering growth and profitability.
