Your responsibilities
As Inside Sales Support you will build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Actively acquire and provide the highest quality service and sales. Full-size customer service position using the Italian language.
Employer requirements
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility. Experience in recommending solutions to meet customer needs – preferably in B2B. Strong customer focus. Experience working with reporting, spreadsheets, and office tools.
