Working closely with Service Engineers to source sales opportunities.
Preparation of quotations and service contracts for customers.
Ongoing contact with the customer and bringing about the sale.
Act as client point of contact and ensure on-going client satisfaction throughout sales process.
Develop proposals, establishment of sales terms and conditions, and budgets for the sales opportunities.
Manage the sales process from proposal through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Implementation of set sales plans.
Professional experience in customer service and/or sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of the electrical or industrial automation sector is an advantage.
Ability to build customer relations.
IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams etc.).
Commitment and ability to handle pressure.
Ability to be involved in a wide range of sales projects.
Good level of English.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will support service sales.
This is stationary work, not requiring trips to Customers, based mainly on current needs for repairs, diagnostics, spare parts, and needs detected by Service Engineers during service interventions. The work requires ongoing contact with Customers, monitoring the status of quotations and bringing them to the sales stage.
