Your responsibilities
Supervision of the industrial building - sanitary installations
Checking the compliance of the investment with the design, building permit and Client guidelines
Control of the compliance of works with the applicable schedule
Participation in the control of investment costs
Checking and giving opinions on design and cost documentation
Verification of work progress statements and reports
Maintain constant contact and reporting to the Client
Our requirements
Experience in industrial sector - warehouses, production facilities (food industry is nice to have)
Very good English speaking and writing skills
Sanitary license for work supervision without limitation
Experience with multidisciplinary coordination
Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D design tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
