Your responsibilities
Helping shape thought capital around current and emerging Insurance topics; Building relationships with global Accenture insurance teams
Managing projects that address the latest global challenges of the insurance world; Defining, testing and implementing architectures, capabilities and processes
Using your analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
Our requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree; Experience in Insurance gained through a top tier consultancy, a specialist financial services consultancy or a top tier insurer
Experience in such areas as: Business Analysis; Business Process Management and Optimization; “As Is” and “To Be” Analysis, Gap Analysis and Operating Model Road Map creation; IT systems implementation; Business Solution Architecture; Digital solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Automation, Internet of Things (IoT); Project Management & Delivery; Migration Strategy & implementation
Relevant experience in Non-Life or Life Insurance: Product strategy & development; Underwriting; Claims Management; Price Strategy & Optimization; Knowledge of Insurance Software and Platform solutions like Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce / Vlocity, Salesforce.com is an advantage
Professional certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, Professional Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, AgileBA are an advantage
