    Employee Health & Benefits Brokerage Team seeks motivated and highly organized candidates to join us as:


    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    As an Insured Benefits Specialist you will have an opportunity to:

    • Develop relationship with assigned portfolio of Mercer’s Clients
    • Develop your communication and client service skills working mostly with Mercer’s GBM Clients
    • Work with various organizations globally and locally
    • Learn to negotiate with carriers and implement recommended solution 

    You will achieve the above by:

    • Being responsible for relationships with Clients in terms of all benefit lines
    • Coordinating projects on design, remarketing and implementation of insured benefits
    • Providing employee sessions on benefits, both virtual and in-person
    • Delivering brokerage work
    • Developing relationship for further appointments or lines of business
    • Working closely with global coordinators
    • Stay in line with company’s professional standards and procedures

    We are looking for:

    • Fluent English and Polish speakers
    • Project coordination work experience (preferably in benefits or insurance area) with focus on building and maintaining business relationships
    • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders on a various level within organization
    • Brokerage exam and knowledge on insurance business or medical benefits industry as a strong advantage
