Your responsibilities
Supervise workload of the team;
Allocate tasks for optimised service provision;
Train team members in daily operational processes;
Support team members with your logistics expertise;
Identify areas of improvements, propose and implement better solutions;
Address escalations in timely and professional manner;
Maintain process documentation complete and up to date.
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of equivalent work experience combined with higher education in Logistic or Transportation is required;
Strong knowledge of road, air and sea transportation;
Established accounting or freight invoicing knowledge is a plus;
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage;
Very good communication and leadership skills;
Advanced proficiency in MS Office package; strong knowledge of respective internally used systems.

Your Role
As Operations Team Lead, you will be reporting directly to an Integrated Logistics Operations Manager. In this key operational role, you will be supervising a team of Logistics Operations Specialists responsible for the execution of 4PL services such as transport planning (across all modes), freight settlement, deviation management and others. You will ensure the team executes respective processes in time and in quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
