A person in this position will co-lead the integration of Customer Operation and Supply Chain activities that are needed as a result of major corporate acquisition.
This role is designed for a fixed period ending in April 2021.

Role:

  • Mapping processes in the Customer Operations and Supply Chain department and leading the work on future process design changes,
  • Working together with the Head of Customer Operations to develop an integration plan,
  • Supporting the Head of Customer Operations with selected operational leadership activities,
  • Coordinating the project of Distribution and Warehouse integration,
  • Bringing outside-in perspective to Customer Operations and Supply Chain department, inspiring the team to review and rethink current processes,
  • Participating in the SAP integration project – Customer Operations workstream,
  • Leading the design of integrated SOPs and processes, compliant with US SOX standards.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of Operations experience/ Customer Service/ Supply Chain,
  • Strong project management and change management skills,
  • Ability to navigate in complex processes and manage interdependencies,
  • Ability to work in ambiguous or new situations by demonstrating a structured approach to diagnosing the problem, analyzing alternatives, recommending and implementing best solutions,
  • Ability to understand the customers' needs,
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Very good analytical and leadership skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP,
  • Knowledge of process mapping software would be an asset,
  • Demonstrated ability to design, improve and execute plans and processes,
  • Very good oral and written communication skills both in English and Polish.
