Your responsibilities
Drive discovery, adoption and implementation of new tools / technologies in partnership technology and innovation teams
Partnering with business and technology teams to develop pilot automations which unlock business value and demonstrate the potential of new technologies being introduced
Ensure that all projects meet highest quality standards and client’s expectations
Communicate open items, issues and deadlines clearly and effectively to sponsors, stakeholders and developers.
Monitor, control and report key milestones & deliverables of the project portfolio
Ensure that all projects follow the Intelligent Solution governance & controls standard framework.
Identify scalable opportunities and develop standardized generic solutions which can leveraged across LoB, region, product and functions
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Post graduate degree in Finance/Technology
5+ years of technology, finance or project management experience preferably in Banking / Operations
4+ years of experience in roles as: Business Analyst / Project Manager / Process Automator / Front-End/RPA developer or RnD Analyst
Experience working on Process Improvements or Quality Assurance areas will be an added advantage
Skills
Technical
Good understanding of ETL/Data Transformation and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau)
Knowledge of RPA automation software (e.g., UiPath/WinAutomation/Automation Anywhere) is preferred
Knowledge of BPM software (e.g., Signavio / Pega) is preferred
Experience with Python or SQL is a plus
Excellent project management skills and knowledge of SDLC, proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Scrum
Proficient in creating high level solution design mock ups, process flows and proposals
Ability to understand / comprehend data flows and its impacts across the General ledger
Understanding of Finance processes and applications is a plus

Description
The Intelligent Automation Research and Development Team drives initiatives relating to low-code and no-code tools for they are accountable to evaluate the candidate tools against our use cases, evaluate implantation feasibility and drive operationalization in the OCFO. The lead partners across the Employee experience team and our network of influencers to drive the upskilling of the finance workforce with Intelligent Automation tools. Their role will foster a culture which enables citizen-developers to simplify and automate manual processes resulting in improving the human capital productivity and improving controls.
