Your responsibilities

  • Processes I/C invoices in a timely manner;

  • Ensures I/C invoices are coded and posted correctly in the ERP system;

  • Ensures I/C invoices are settled timely;

  • Reviews AR and AP I/C aging and resolve outstanding issues;

  • Monthly confirmation of the I/C balances between company entities;

  • Ensures all I/C balances are reconciled monthly and performs follow up of differences if occur;

  • Reconciles account balances in ARC;

  • Ensures proper company policies and documented Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) procedures are being followed;

  • Identifies and reports process related issues;

  • Collaboration with other teams across a wide range of areas throughout the organization;

  • Supports other team members as necessary;

  • Identifies possible process improvements.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economy;

  • Minimum 1 year experience in finance organization (experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting – would be an asset);

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);

  • Strong personal computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel);

  • Mental and visual ability to read and interpret complex financial documents;

  • Analytical and good communication skills;

  • Ability to work in order to meet tight deadlines.

Optional

  • Knowledge of SAP, IFS 7.5;

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
