your tasks

• ensuring accounts are properly reconciled with documentation to support account balances in accordance with internal finance policies
• maintaining documentation to support account balances and transactions in a manner that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records
• acting as escalation point for the intercompany team and local business partners
• coordinating with internal and external auditors 
• implementing action plans regading process simplication and standardization
• manageing and supervising staff of professionals, including senior accountants and accountants to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met 
• ensureing teams work in line with established company HR and recruitment guidelines 
• leading team of accountants to timely completion of the closing schedule
