Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring, performing analysis and maintenance of transactional data in order to ensure consistency in Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders and Sales Orders for Intra/Intercompany area,

  • Serve as "first line of support" to answer end user "how-to" questions, resolve issues and enter/process problem tickets.

  • Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities

  • Cooperate with Team to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements

  • Deliver training to end users

  • Perform assigned system testing (PIT and User Acceptance Testing).

  • Identification of opportunities to improve and involvement in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)

  • Proactive problem identification and resolution

  • Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers)

  • Responsible for escalation of issues as needed

  • Respond to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations across EMEA

  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets

  • May include training and ERP deployment support pre and/or post go-live

Our requirements

  • [Bachelor's] degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT

  • 2-3 years of equivalent work experience

  • Foreign Language skills

  • Previous experience working with SAP

  • Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics. Familiarity with Master Data Management preferred but not required.

  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes

  • Collaborative Team player
