Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for coordination of Interco Project;

  • Taking ownership of issues. You will serve as an escalation point and point of contact for the entities throughout the business in case of problems related to internal transactions;

  • Working Capital reconciliation - declare, explain and solve accounting differences for intercompany transactions;

  • Analyses of intercompany partners accounts both from payables and receivable side;

  • Organization and follow up of cleansing actions: goods received not invoiced, not booked invoices, missing invoices other if applicable;

  • Maintaining positive relationships with Interco Partners (other Valeo Sites);

  • Collection of due and overdue receivables (for internal customers);

  • Accountability for SLA’s within the assigned scope of duties;

  • Complex accounts reconciliation, and reporting within Intercompany division;

  • Audit support specific to Interco transactions.

Our requirements

  • Min. 2 years of finance related experience, preferably in Intercompany or Accounts Payables department;

  • Master's degree, preferably in Accounting or Economics;

  • Proficient knowledge of English; Knowledge of any other European language is a plus;

  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP;

  • Experience in small team management (team support role will be a plus);

  • Excellent communication and managerial skills;

  • Ability to quickly analyze eventual problems so that immediate resolution can be undertaken;

  • Self-driven and identifies opportunities for improvement;

  • Dynamic, innovative & focused on problem solving.

Job description:

Currently for our entity Valeo Holding Group - Shared Service Center in Skawinie we recruit Intercompany Team Leader in Finance Department.

Intercompany Team Leader provides timely, reliable and valuable financial information of each entity within his/her perimeter regarding differences between payables and receivables of Valeo Entities.
