Work as Interim HR Project Manager on job evaluation project together with external consultants.
Experience in shaping compensation & benefits strategies.
Experience in at least two job evaluation projects (preferably Mercer, WTW methodology).
Able to manage external providers / consultants.
At least 10 years of experience in HR: best in Technology or Financial sector
Highly developed communication and advising skills, excellent customer service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail.
High learning ability combined with high flexibility.
High degree of personal responsibilities and ability to work independently.
Strong project management competencies.
Ready to travel across Poland at least 1-2 days in every 2 weeks.
