Your responsibilities
- Establishment and strategic development of the Finance Shared Service Center incl. roles and responsabilities with the aim of increased customer experience, cost reduction, harmonized processes, standardized and improved services
- tracking of the business case and report regularly to key stakeholders on the overall status of the project
- Analysis of finance and accounting processes and structures for optimization and centralization potential to derive efficiency improvement measures
- define cross-country standard processes for the core activities of the Shared Service Center and support finance teams in implementing these standard processes with appropriate workflows
- Establish meaningful KPIs to drive continous improvement
- support the transitions in the countries (including preparation and stabilization) and collaborate in sturcturing roles and responsibilities between the local team and shared service center
- set-up of a performance management system incl. SLA and the development of standardized KPIs as well as consistent reporting processes
- Complete Finance process documentation in BPM tool.
Our requirements
- Academic degree in business administration or comparable field of study
- relevant professional experience in the set up of Finance Shared Service Centers
- Experience in the implementation of process optimazation
- experience in (international) project management
- Ability to present complex issues in a structured manner paired with analytical comprehension
- Communication skills, combined with a inspiring personalitly
- Business fluency in both Polish and English
