Your responsibilities
Support for Inbound Preference Management process in processing declarations (requesting documents from suppliers, documents distribution, check of document validity, matching declaration with request, scanning documents, preparation for archiving)
Support for Outbound Preference Managment in issuing long term suppliers declaration and controling status of preference change
Support for Commercial Origin process (IHK declaration preparation for ist approval, monitoring origin related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP- GTS, data reporting)
Preparation/Participation in operational meetings
Other ad hoc Customs administration tasks
Supporting the Corporate Customs Europe team with origin related analyses and projects
Our requirements
You are a student of last 2 years of Master studies in Foreigh Trade/Customs/International Business or other related field
You are familiar with MS Office (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word)
You are willing to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP/SAP-GTS, MS Access, Teams
You have good communication skills
Your English is at minimum upper intermediate level, German will be an advantage
You are a team player and willing to share knowledge, support people and learn new task
You have very good organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks and you are detail oriented
You are open for change and dynamic working environment with solution oriented can-do approach
You would like to gain first valuable experiance and work in an international company
