Your responsibilities
Enter vendor master information into SAP and Navision accurately and timely with close collaboration with the requestors
Verbal confirmation of the critical master data with the suppliers
Review vendor add/change request for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all vendor control requirements are met
Regular review of VMD data for quality and completeness
Preparation and update of internal processes and manuals
Maintenance of relevant documents for audit
Perform other tasks related to the AP and the Vendor Master Data processes
Our requirements
Student in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or related area
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
An interest in quantitative analytics and financial modelling
A logical and innovative mind-set
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in Finance and/or Accounting will be an advantage
Availability of not less than 24 hours per week (limited to a maximum of 40 hours per week)
