Your responsibilities
- 1st/2nd line support for our employees and coordination with 3rd line support (IT Administrators):
- Install new device for employees
- Recognize and figure out common problems with IT hardware
- IT software incidents investigation
- Create and run script
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) follow-up with TPA (Third Party Administrators)
- Direct and remote user support in solving everyday problems
- Create operational procedures and manuals for users
- Incidents register management
- Hardware inventory management
- Participation in user on-boarding process
- Administration of user accounts:
- AD groups
- Internal systems
Our requirements
- Student of Computer science or related fields of study (student status is a must)
- English (at least B2 level)
- Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge about Active Directory (nice to have)
- Knowledge about scripting (nice to have)
- Knowledge of SQL (nice to have)
