Your responsibilities

  • Following and understanding incident resolution processes while focusing on appropriate routing of tickets

  • Working efficiently in a multinational team environment

  • Cooperating with other teams of IT Solutions&Services department

  • Supporting dedicated IT resolution and incident management services to International Paper employees by receiving, tracking, prioritizing and documenting IT incidents, inquiries and requests for service

Our requirements

  • Analytical problem solving abilities and attention to details

  • Eagerness to learn and take part in trainings

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Working knowledge of additional European language (French, Spanish or Italian) would be an asset
