Your responsibilities

  • Entering Customer related data in the system

  • Check correctness and accurateness of existing data

  • Updating Customer’s data in the system

  • Cooperate with Customer Service teams in Krakow and Business Units across Europe and USA

  • Follow internal controls requirements and complies with company’s policies and procedures.

Our requirements

  • At least good (B2) knowledge of English is required

  • Accurate, well organized with a high attention to details

  • Quick learner

  • Good IT skills – be efficient, independent and smart while working in various tools (e.g. MS Excel, Word etc)

  • Willingness to work in an open and multicultural environment

Main objective of this position is to support Customer Service Department, in their daily work assuring high quality standards and within deadlines.
