At IDEMIA we specialize in DigitalSIM and DigitalPayment solutions - areas of identity verification, digital payments and all issues related to the virtualization of classic tools such as personal ID cards, SIM cards, payment cards or passports. We focus on 5 areas: finance, telecommunications, identification, security and Internet of Things. We introduced the concept of Augmented Identity to the market, changing the understanding, use and protection of the value that is our identity. Our ambition is to provide users with a whole range of products that facilitate secure communication, paying, traveling or even voting, helping users to function in the digital environment that surrounds us.

When we started building our brand 3 years ago, we knew that we wanted Lodz to be our main location. We are from Lodz and we love this city! The historic and restored Kestenberg villa in the city center has become the place where we create our key products. We work with branches all over the world and visitors visiting us envy the garden and work in the open air. We build our teams in the spirit of autonomy and agility. Teams are responsible for their product from the moment of its design to the implementation phase - in one team we gather programming, testing, integrating (devops / no-ops) and analytical competences.
Intern in the HR Team

Main responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with HR Manager and Payroll supplier
  • Monthly payroll coordination
  • Preparation of contracts and other employee-related documents
  • Annual leaves reports and coordination
  • Perks (benefits) coordination
  • Coordination of B2B agreements in cooperation with Business Operations department


  • Good English speaker (B1 level minimum)
  • Curious about HR and Payroll environment, eager for knowledge
  • Individual with accuracy and attention to detail, willing to work with numbers
  • Experience in similar positions will be a huge plus but we can teach you all you will need
