Internal Auditor CE (Group level) position in international service company from B2B sector

Client Details

For our Client, a well-known international service company from B2B sector, we are currently looking for an experienced, engaged and motivated Candidate for the position of Internal Auditor CE. The purpose of the role is the independent and objective audit and evaluation of all relevant business activities for Cluster East.

Description

• Planning and execution of internal audits at Cluster East according to the annual internal audit plan, including business process audits, compliance and system audits, value for money audits;
• Analysis of process problems, evaluation effectiveness of set processes and enforcing changes with aim to eliminate administration
• Reporting/communication of audit results to respective management (Cluster MD, local MDs);
• Promoting the concept of risk management across the business, identifying, assessing and communicating business risks through the course of your day-to-day audit and other activities;
• Coordination of/participation in joint audit activities with European Corporate Audit Division;
• Audit and evaluation of the company´s internal control system
• Internal audit advisory/consulting;
• Remediation plan and issue tracking and observing;
• Specific support for CE Management.

Profile

• Relevant university degree (business administration, economics or engineering);
• At least from 3 to 5 years' experience at similar position in international company (preferably from B2B sector);
• Preferably a professional background in finance and accounting/Big4 experience;
• Broad theoretical and practical expertise in corporate organization and management, broad business awareness;
• Willingness to work on new and different corporate topics;
• Strong communication skills with individuals on all levels of the organization,
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams while remaining decisive and displaying sound judgment, sensitivity for cultural differences in foreign countries;
• Fluent English (C1 level);
• Willingness to travel (mainly Europe, >15-20% of working time).
