Your responsibilities
- Performs financial, compliance and operational audits individually or in a team
- Prepares audit reports and working papers in English
- Determines the effectiveness of financial, system, reporting and process controls (SOX)
- Identifies control gaps in business procedures, processes or systems and initiates appropriate remedial action
- Follows up on agreed actions resulting from audit issues to ensure timely and effective implementation
- Shares accountability for the performance of the team
- Completes other projects and tasks as required and assigned
- Reports to the Internal Audit Director
Our requirements
- 1 year of professional experience in internal and / or financial auditing
- Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Technology
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and team work
- Ability to apply broad functional/technical and business knowledge to complete moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Understanding of common financial processes
- Limited understanding of common IT disciplines (applications, operations, infrastructure and management)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity and act with professional judgement
- English language skills at C1 level
- CIA or CISA designation will be an asset
- Some travel will be required
- Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Experience with SAP or other ERP software will be a plus
- ACL Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI or other analytics and visualization tool experience or training will be a plus
