    Joining our Internal Communication Team you will have an impact on our internal communication, culture & employee engagement projects.


    We’re seeking a new member of our team:



    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    You will be responsible for:

    • Support the execution and delivery of innovative communications campaigns across a variety of channels including our social intranet platform, newsletter, Instagram, email and more
    • Be responsible for writing communications materials, emails, newsletter articles, intranet posts, briefing documents and presentations as required
    • Recommend and customize culture & engagement initiatives based on employees’ feedback and Employee Engagement survey results to further build company culture and employee engagement
    • Coordinate corporate events, including executive Town Halls, annual party, employee engagement initiatives
    • Work with the Leadership Team and Global Team to ensure that global and regional initiatives are consistently and successfully executed locally
    • Track and measures the effectiveness of internal communications programs and continuously make improvements to meet communications program objectives and employee’s needs
    • Build and maintains strong relationships with peers, local management and global colleagues

    To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

    • Three to five years of communications experience preferably in Shared Services Sector or similar
    • English proficiency level
    • Excellence in verbal and written communications (both in Polish and English) and knowledge of communications best practices
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience in graphic editing (i.e. Photoshop). Adobe Premiere Pro CC program knowledge will be an asset
    • Solid understanding of social media, especially Instagram
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativeness and ability to juggle several projects at the same time
    • Sense of humor is a must :)
