Your responsibilities
Supports ICS Manager with implementation and management of company’s global Internal Control System (ICS) in assigned area of responsibility
Performs operational control testing
Monitors ICS performance
Supports in communication to ICS Stakeholders (Group CFO, Audit and Finance Committee, Global Process Owners)
Facilitates implementation of remediating actions to enhance controls performance
Supports with risk identification, evaluation and ICS deployment in additional functions and locations
Promotes ICS know how and ICS awareness
Acts as point for contact on ICS matters for internal/external stakeholders
Our requirements
University degree/ Education, preferably in Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Auditing
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar role with international exposure (Big4 or equivalent a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience will be an asset
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
SAP and SAP authorizations knowledge will be a plus
Solid understanding of financial and accounting risk
Proficiency in controls framework requirements and implementation approaches (e.g. COSO)
Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization (CFO, Board of Directors, MDs, Accountants)
