PeopleScout is Leading International Recruitment Process Outsourcing company. One of our clients is a Global Clinical Research Organisation, a company with more than 12,000 employees based in 45 locations throughout 25 countries. Our clients’ vision in expediting processes is allowing their professionals to see their results bring medicines to market sooner.

Currently we are looking for a home based Recruiter in the Warsaw who would support recruitment in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. This is a fixed term contract of 1 year with possibility of extension.

Internal Recruiter - Senior Recruiter

Home based – Warsaw

This role provides recruitment services in support of the business units and region, including sourcing, screening and securing candidates for a wide range of positions.

Essential aspects will be to:

  • Facilitate recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection).
  • Builds/establish open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs.
  • Partner with business units to develop recruiting plans and strategies.
  • Source candidates; consistently evaluate current and new sourcing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an effective recruiting network, via college and job fair recruiting, conference or meeting attendance, trade journal use, and relationships with agencies and vendors.
  • Determine job offer, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate.
  • Ensure all pre-employment screening is completed.
  • Train and orientate Hiring Managers and employees with respect to recruiting procedures, effective interviewing skills, and country employment laws.
  • Communicate recruiting initiatives to business unit HR, employees and hiring managers.
  • Produce requested information for reports as needed.
  • Perform project work related to ongoing recruiting initiatives both within country and Globally.
  • Ensure metrics are achieved for the business unit and wider European region.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven solid experience in the position of Recruiter. Ideally with Scientific/Clinical Research/Pharmaceutical recruitment experience or experience as an internal recruiter.   
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – articulate, well spoken and confident telephone manner.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent IT skills and exposure to recruitment software.
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in sourcing internationally.
  • Resourceful, proactive and creative approach to work.
  • Tenacity and determination to succeed.
