    The Role:

    Korn Ferry has partnered with one of the world's leading companies to effectively deliver a global solution for their recruitment needs.

    We are looking to find a permanent Recruiter based in Poland to join our Internal RPO team to focus on delivering top talents across EMEA.

    You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers along with some end-to-end recruitment.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Recruitment across a range of functions for professional-level roles;
    • Engaging with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions;
    • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management;
    • Focusing on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across the EMEA region;
    • Development and implementation sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Recruitment experience gained within an agency, RPO or inhouse environment;
    • Fluency in Polish and English essential, any other European language would be a strong asset (German, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Spanish);
    • Previous experience of recruiting a variety of roles would be highly advantageous;
    • Stakeholder managements skills.
