Internal Recruitment Specialist

You will be a part of the Internal Recruitment Team where you will manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have an academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Internal Recruitment Lead in order to prioritize the tasks and report the progress regularly;
  • Leading end to end recruitment processes in all of the departments in the company;
  • Cooperating with Hiring Managers in order to define the requirements, prepare job descriptions, and to understand the candidates’ profiles;
  • Attracting top talents using various sourcing channels and methodologies;
  • Planning and conducting behavioral interviews, Assessment Centre sessions, face to face meetings with Hiring Managers;
  • Maintaining and updating the data in our ATS system;
  • Taking part in recruitment events and fairs, preparing all the necessary materials together with the Marketing Department;
  • Taking part in planning the budget for the internal recruitment activities and campaigns;
  • Meeting monthly and yearly KPI’s by completing the recruitment processes according to top standards;
  • Taking care of best practices in recruitment and keeping the candidate experience at the top level;
  • Suggesting recruitment process improvements.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • University degree, preferably Psychology or HR;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the Recruitment area;
  • Very good command of English, both verbal and written;
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently;
  • Experience with using LinkedIn recruiter and direct sourcing strategies;
  • Ability to solve recruitment problems and challenges;
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritise in order to achieve the recruitment goals.
