Supporting sales and marketing campaigns with proactive approach to targeted customers
Generating and qualifying sales leads and opportunities with specific focus on key customers
Managing existing key customer group relationship to deliver an expected level of performance
Offering the right level of discounts to win/retain business in line with RS policies
Proven experience of working in sales environment
Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience
Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, forming and maintaining positive relationships at all levels
Ability to simply communicate complex solutions
Disciplined analytical approach to problem solving
Shows respect to others and values differing opinions and perspectives

The Internal Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads opportunities, managing new and existing customer relationship to a required level of performance, delivering RS commercial agenda, acting in line with agreed discount effectiveness and bringing to life the RS Value Preposition through successful negotiation and customer interaction.
