Your responsibilities
- Training with your team members and new colleagues
- Communicating directly with your clients
- Advising clients on tax and VAT-related issues
- Retrieving information from the tax office
- Issuing sales invoices
- Booking cost invoices
- Paying bills for clients
- Matching payments from customers with sales invoices
- Sending reminders and statements to customers
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, customers, and suppliers
- Declaring VAT
- Calculating tax
- Making payrolls
- Preparing for annual audit
- Preparing annual reports
- Preparing tax declarations
- Assisting with tax inspections
- And other relevant tasks
Our requirements
- Has relevant experience or finished study in accounting, audit, or finance
- Worked or had an internship working as an accountant or accountant trainee in an international environment (will be a plus but not mandatory)
- Pays attention to detail and likes to take on new responsibilities
- Thrives in a busy environment with many tasks
- Works independently and is motivated to learn and develop new skills
- Has a positive team spirit
- Speaks and writes English on an intermediate level

Job description
You will start with a paid trainee period of 3-6 months, depending on your current level of experience.
After the trainee period, you will be allocated a number of clients you are responsible for.
Salary
Depending on your current level of skills, we offer you a paid trainee period of 3-6 months.
After a successful trainee period, we offer you a permanent employment contract with official hiring in our Polish company.
The salary you can expect after the trainee period depends on your performance, how many clients you can handle, experience etc.
