Your responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales goal through new business, as well as renewal and upsell of existing partners
  • Provide the highest level of service through constant communication and follow through with prospects and current clients
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team and other departments within the venue
  • Present a Betegy product demo and guide the customer through set up
  • Enter all sales activity and agreements into the tournament CRM
  • Monitor KPIs for Sales that contribute to Betegy strategic plans
  • Optimize use of sales tools and enforce best practices. Develop and implement initiatives (e.g. tools, process, assets) that accelerate the productivity of a sales rep
  • Provide weekly/monthly evaluation of progress against set annual goals; reporting may include call report, prospect list and other sales related information
  • Develop and assists with coordination, onboarding, and implementation execution

Our requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales operations experience, post-sales support and/or account management required. Prior experience in sports or entertainment is a plus Must have a strong understanding of the sports sales industry
  • Solid organizational and project management skillsets
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Ability to call on strategic relationships at a variety of top and clients within the assigned markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business for an organization within emerging markets or regions across the world
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Proven success in generating awareness through consumer marketing and branding
  • New business success stories and strategies must be submitted. Thorough sales knowledge which includes prospecting, pre-qualifying, questioning, presentation, overcoming objections, conveying value proposition, listening, negotiating and closing sales
