Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for temporary work solutions for selected European markets.
Develop targets and business plans for individual markets.
Take on responsibility for delivering international revenues.
Build and manage international and local teams.
Manage regional distributors and build local partnerships to secure profitable contracts, supporting their activities to develop brand awareness.
Develop an understanding of individual local markets and adjust the strategy/business plan accordingly.
Ensure successful execution of sales processes.
Maintain strong and continuous customer relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous product development and effective communication.

min. 3 years of solid international sales experience across EU markets.
high internet competence and experience in implementing online sales strategies.
knowledge of marketing automation tools.
experience in supplier management (e.g. advertising or lead generation agencies).
experience in conducting lead acquisition campaigns on a scale.
an entrepreneurial approach.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as competence in product presentation.
leadership capabilities, e.g. team development, coaching.
the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
experience in sales in the temporary employment sector would be an advantage.
command of other European languages would be an advantage.
