Your responsibilities

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for temporary work solutions for selected European markets.
  • Develop targets and business plans for individual markets.
  • Take on responsibility for delivering international revenues.
  • Build and manage international and local teams.
  • Manage regional distributors and build local partnerships to secure profitable contracts, supporting their activities to develop brand awareness.
  • Develop an understanding of individual local markets and adjust the strategy/business plan accordingly.
  • Ensure successful execution of sales processes.
  • Maintain strong and continuous customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous product development and effective communication.

Our requirements

  • the same core values as us.
  • min. 3 years of solid international sales experience across EU markets.
  • high internet competence and experience in implementing online sales strategies.
  • knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • experience in supplier management (e.g. advertising or lead generation agencies).
  • experience in conducting lead acquisition campaigns on a scale.
  • an entrepreneurial approach.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as competence in product presentation.
  • leadership capabilities, e.g. team development, coaching.
  • the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • experience in sales in the temporary employment sector would be an advantage.
  • fluent English.
  • command of other European languages would be an advantage.
